I've got an Atala track bike and I'm trying to get a good fix (pun intended) on its history.
Seirial # on the seat tube: 74F0900
On the BB shell: 25

Off hand, I would be tempted to say 1974 and that it is a 25" frame. If you post pictures, we should be able to tell via the graphics, if we are in the ballpark.
