Mongoose hub help [Archive]

I just picked up some Mongoose 48 hole hubs in a trade the other day. The axles actually look like Phil Wood track hub axles. They are 2 separate axles that thread into a hollow axle. Anyone know the vintage? I can post pics when I get home from work.
