I looking at getting a pair of FSA Vision Clip on TT bars but I'm not sure what length to get. They come in 230, 250, 270 and 290mm. Where do I measure on my forearm to get the proper length?

I was told to measure from the end of your elbow to the end of the knuckles of your clenched fist. I also heard to measure just to the center of the closed fist.
So you can use a ruler...1 millimeter = 0.0393700787 inches
230mm=9in 250=9.8 270=10.6 290=11.4
Weird thing is most aero bars are listed as small if they're under 13.5 inches. So I don't think the measurements for your aero bar include the pad. Maybe someone can provide some further info.
