Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Kuwahara = complete

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Finally, my new bike is done. Kuwahara frame, suzue promax to open pros. Sugino 75's with Shimano BB and MKS pedals. Vetta racelite saddle with generic seatpost. Nitto B123's, nitto stem and campy headset. 49x19. Thanks for all the help everyone.

Oooooohhh, radioactive green glow. Wow. Is that to scare away thieves? The front emblem should be a hazard symbol.

what is the pretzel and crossbones?
South Philly Bike Gang (it's a joke), inspired by the skull and crossbones with a touch of the pretzel factory. I know I live in Ca, but have friends in Philly.

Nice bike. I found the Racelite saddle to be quite uncomfortable on 15+ mile rides. Could be the way I was holding myself. Switched to a Selle Italia Turbo saddle (when they were on Nashbar) and have noticed a marked improvement, but still not what I want.
Still, nice bike.
looks sick. personally though, it would bug the heck out of me that the bar tape positioning doesnt match.
holy ****. my retinas are burnt. awesome build!

I think he meant that the bar tape on one side of the bar goes up higher than on the other side.
That color is intense, did you find the frame locally or did you have it imported?

I hate bright colors, but I dig this. Good job.
I bought it off of Craigslist, but I think the guy I bought it from got it from eBay prior to that. Anyone know where it came from before him? (I know some of you saw it on eBay).

Wicked.
hate to bust your bubble, this is not a kuwahara. I reported on this lie when it was for sale on ebay. those stickers are from a kuwahara bmx bike from the 80's. a laser lite race bike. I stuck kuwahara stickers on a miyata track frame as a joke on fixedgeargallery.com. that bike looks fun, don't know what it is...

The guy you bought it from is a forum member who bought the frame from someone in Australia via eBay.
Mikorp: That rice bag frame pad looks great... and I am no fan of frame pads.

The frame color goes very well with the red tires and h/bar tape.
