I'm starting a buildup of a cx bike using a mix of existing and new parts.
I have a full set of 105 9spd parts for the drivetrain, but wanted discs for the brakes as this is going to be my all-weather daily grinder here in Chicago. I've had a taste of using discs in the rain/snow/slop that is winter here and they are a serious improvment over anything rim related.
The frame is going to be a Redline Conquest Pro (I'll throw cantis on it when I want to race) which gives me the flexibilty of using discs or cantis.
My problem is finding a rear 130 mm disc hub. Anyone have any thoughts or pointers on where to find one, and if there is an outside shot of getting a 36h version for use with my open pros?
