So in my own effort to keep Don's ball rolling, let me present my own personal fav: Hetchins

Like Hetchins needs an introduction.. but this was a 6-day racer built up in 1938. Handbuilt in England, their lugwork (everything the company put out) is top notch beautiful... Don, what would a bike with lugs like this cost these days?

(also.. this is from a current eBay aucion - too small for me or I'd be out-sniping all of you)
