The best prices I've found for Phil hubs can be found at - World Class Cycles (http://www.worldclasscycles.com) Black and silver only. As an example, you can get a set (rear, front) of fixed / fixed black 36 spoke Phils for $280 befor shipping. Way cheap.
The warranty is the same everywhere - Phil takes care of you.
