Removing bar end shifter

I have purchased a new aerobar (replacing existing) and need to know how to remove/replace the bar-end shifters. They are dura-ace. Any advice or links to directions?

Remove the screw at the side and then remove the lever itself. Thre will be a hidden allen-head bolt to loosen the lever base so that it can be removed.

You'll have to release the cables at the deraillers to get enough slack to remove the levers, very likely.
