Hi,
this is Mike Magnuson writing about his going from a 255 pound party animal to a 175 bike rider and occasional racer. I've seen much of it before in Bicycling magazine. In fact, more than anything else, he's why I subscribe.
The book needs a bit of editing. But I don't care much. There's a lot of resonance here for me. Adults fall out of shape, and zombie around half alive and don't even know it. If they get lucky, something gets them going, and real life returns. Intensity returns.
Roll on.
