Mountain Biking - What color should I powdercoat my project? :POLL:

I have a few options, and I'm just wondering what you guys think. :)

How bout just like the picture, flat back for the rear suspension and candy red for the main frame.

Yea flat black is really nice too. Its simple but looks nice. I wouldn't combine both though. One or the other.

Nice colours. Baby blue looks real nice and so does Candy apple red. But I can't go past flat black. I can just imagine the bike that colour...!

Mirror black looks sweet... My bike is flat black and I wish it were mirror =) but obviously it's just personal perference.

My bike is flat black and it's pretty much my favorite color, but that candy apple red just looks too hot! I liked the suggestion above about mixing the red and black.

I know it wasn't one of your choices but I say Hot Rod (bright) yellow, with black 4 link rear bars.

I do love the candy apple red. I personally had this guy do my Honda valve cover in it, and I love it. I'm just not so sure how I would like it on my bike. I've always thought it would look awsome if it were all black.

baby blue wrinkle, i like best. next, the red. personally, for bikes, i really dont like blacks. black is my favorite color for cars. but for some reason i just dont think blacks ever do justice to the form of a bike. i think the shape, form and appearance of a bicycle, be it a dually or hardtail, present both the idea and the application of its form, shape etc more acutely and accurately than any other mechanism i have ever seen. and to color something that articulate black seems to me very unfair. eh, call me crazy. anyway. i hope this project pans out well for you man. i think it will. best of luck!

I dope my red bike up with flat black so it doesn't bust my @$$.

I definantly recommend the red. Its just the nicest color, especially for bikes. I have a red bike as a matter of fact. That color would look great with that shiney mirror black too. Something about shine makes it look so new. The blue is an appealing color but theres no shine.

My cousins fs frame is like that, White frame and black rear triangle and stem and bar ect. I absolutely love the color combination.

I think mirror black would look really cool. But the amethist is kinda money and would give it a really unique look.

Haha...I really do think the pink would look tight, but I'm not really that kinda of guy...lol.

amethist would be my second choice because no one will have the same color bike as you.

how about candy red with flat black rear triangle. i think, shiny rust/orange with flat black rear triangle would also look cool. from the color diagram point of view, red and black combination gives you the most contrast and makes it the most striking.

I like the white that's why I went with white for my frame. I say Mirror black frame, gloss blue linkage bars.

I'm not really that fond of going with 2 colors. however, If I can make the 4 link out of aluminum, I might just polish it and coat the main part of the frame candy apple red or mirror black.

Go with the red. Black is so 2004.

Red (particularly red ano) is the new white - just remember, you heard it here first.

I reckon a white with black flames or something would look awesome
