...'Stowaway' NOS frame going for a song on eBay.co.uk!

Just giving heads up if anyone's interested. I am but haven't the time right now.
It seems totally mint in blue metallic paint still wrapped in manufacturers packaging.

Myyyyy God! That is pretty, but i can't use such a beautifull thing. I hope someone here snags it and turns it into the ultimate 'bling' Twenty. It belongs in a Raleigh museum. Nice color! The fork is not important, one of the best things to replace anyway.

I doubt it will actually go very high the price, unless two guys that like building bikes end up bidding, but most people don't like 'frame only'.

By the lettering, color and name i'd say it was one of the latter models/last ones in production but i could be wrong.

I don't have much money, but I plan to watch the bidding. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to make my dream 20" wheel version of a compact crank road bike with 105 level components,

For font junkies the decal is set in the 50's modernist face "Eurostile" aka "Microgamma". It is a thing of beauty - I hope it stays affordable Juan... ;)
