when i put the spokes in my front wheel, they al lfit perfectly, but when i go tightening them the saema mount, like the nipple. Some of them tighten right, btu some the spoke sticks out alot through the nipple until it touchs the rim. what am i doing wrong?

The spokes you have are too long. Proper length spokes should be almost flush with the nipple when tightened to the final tension. If the spokes have enough threads to tighten properly, cut off the excess length.

but thses spokes came with the bike and when i took them off they were fine, they were flush with teh nipple. I assembled it correctly im sure

Are you sure you used the same cross pattern as the original spoking? If the wheels wwere laced 3X and you redid them 2X. the spokes would be too long.

I suspect that you have the pattern wrong from one side to the other. If that's the case, you will find two tight spokes followed by two loose spokes all around the wheel. The solution, of course, is to relace the wheel.

If it was a factory built wheels odds are 99% that it was a cross three. Be sure to tighten every spoke evenly otherwise it will never come out close to straight. Also if the rim was just a little tweeked you will never get the wheel straight especially if this is your first wheel build.

Could be that the hub is off-center with respect to the rim. It is possible to build an out of round wheel with even tension. You really need to concentrate on building a wheel radially true during the early phases of tensioning.
Although I also agree that the lacing may well be the problem in this case.

1) There is often variability in spoke length. I don't know what the tolerance is supposed to be, but I've seen spokes from that same package that are +/- 1mm.

2) Your rim might have a flat spot. The spokes could be too long for that spot.
