Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Why does the Tour of CA come on so late on the east coast? I keep forgetting to set the VCR (yeah, no Tivo) after my wife finishes watching the Olympics or tapes of Olympics.
Is there any place I can download the ESPN2 coverage online and watch it later?

Well, even if you remember to set your VCR, you could still be screwed. Last night ESPN2 pushed the coverage back a little over 10 minutes to cover some assinine, obscure college basketball game. So, when I watched the race all I got was about 46 minutes of boring as hell coverage of a 2-man breakaway and then 4 minutes of footage of the peleton on the final laps right up until, (you guessed it) about 30 seconds BEFORE the finish.
I'm also on the east coast and I feel your pain(no TIVO). It being on late as hell and showing one hour of a three to four hour event doesnt help, but the jumping around of the time slot is what got me this morning. Got up at 2am to find that i missed the whole damn 2nd stage! I give up I'll just read the posts from you guys to find out what happened.

Yea and that finish was SWEEET
By the way, I guess if there is some interest (I don't want to totally kill my connection) I could put up a small version somewhere so you could grab it. I have a homegrown PVR so the files are on my computer and I by default shrink them down so they will play on my windows mobile phone so I can enjoy them at work :)

I caught the sprint on the Amgen site(looks like the site is improving). Haedo was flying at the finish!!
Alright. I just need to figure out a good place to put them. They are about 100mb each. If I had the capacity I would just let everyone stream them, but alas I don't
