I just bought a new Fuji touring bike, which will be delivered in a few days. This is my first new bike in over 25 years. Reading the specs, I find the top tube is 565.3 cm and the wheel base is 1064.2 cm. Anybody know what these figures are in inches? My new 27 speed steel frame Fuji touring bike listed for $903, but my LBS sold it to me for $799. I hope I got a good deal. I was considering a Trek 520, but it was $400 more than the Fuji. Fuji has been in the bike business since 1899.
565.3 millimeters converts to 22.2559
1064.2 millimeters converts to 41.8976

Centimeters converted to inches is (cm / 2.54).
The answer to your question is that you have a top tube that is 222.559" and a wheel base that is 418.97". If you quoted your specifications correctly, you may end up with a fit problem that won't be easily correctable.

You have a 56.5 CM top tube. That is approx 22.25" No real need for super precsion.

I was waiting for someone to convert the "cm" numbers to inches and get the expected absurd reasults.
Base on the numbers you have a top tube that's 18.5 FEET long and a wheelbase that's almost 35 FEET long. Hence the comment about fit problems.
The figures you have are in millimeters and the straight answers you were given are correct at 22.5" and 41.9".

Rather disappointing that Google doesn't have the cm to Volkwagon Beetle conversion factor, works out to 1.38 (new) Beetles

In google you can type most math equations and it will calculate it for you so go to google and type "565.2cm in inches" without the quotes and it will take you to the link above.

That's a big bike.
But if his feet can reach the pedals, just think how great his uphill climbing must be!
