I found and bought an old and fine router bike, 12 speeds, black colour. Their stikers says “FIORI Italia” one of them and other says “Excella HI-TEN” and “Made in Toronto”. If somebody know something about this frame, please post here. Thanks.

Hi-Ten is likely short for high tensile. Many steel frame bikes were pitched this way before cromoly came along.
