Any ideas, I know its not the pedals because I just replaced them, I'm thinking its maybe the bottom bracket (if the BB is what I think it is) or maybe even my crankset... any maintenance tips or ideas to remove the clicking sound, its very loud and its kinda annoying.

The bottom bracket is the enclosed part at the bottom of the frame through which both pedal cranks attach to each other.
More details would help a lot. Does it occur with every pedal stroke? Does it depend on how much torque (force) you are applying? If you grab both cranks and hold one still while trying to rotate the other in either direction, are they solidly attached to each other? Is there any play (looseness) where they connect through the bottom bracket?

I have the same problem, i dont think its the BB since there was clicking before it got replaced, and still clicking now.

1. Take off pedals, re-lube and test.
2. Shake the crank to find any play within the crank set.
3. Tighten the BB

Now i've been thinkings its my BB, but my crankset is OLD as, so is my chain, so i'm starting to think that it might be my chain or chainrings. Mine only clicks under torque, but i now think its the force of the chain being driven onto the chain ring under pressure it might be slipping a tiny bit and making the 'clicking sound'.

Try lubing the seatpost.

creaking sounds come from many places ,including the bolts at the top of the seatpost , crank retaining bolts, headset spacers , chainring bolts , cracked frames... etc. are you pedaling when it happens ? standing or seated ? pulling on the handlebars (like when sprinting) ? Is the bike in question in good working order? what cranks do you have?

If you're riding with clipless pedals, you might also want to check your cleat bolts.
