Anyone doing it? It is this Sunday and the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds on the course thing there. I will be racing as a Cat 5(rode as a Junior last year) in it.

LoL It was my first Road race, comign from cyclocross season. The track was kinda shakey with the grates and stuff on it, it was a .5 mile track with a slight S turn the front straight away had a nice 15mph + head wind, I belive there was around 25 laps at about 8 laps to go I fell off the pack on the straight away, and I belive I came second to last, I met up with Jake after the race and he said he thinks liek 7th to last, but im not shure of that I think he did better.

I hung around to watch the Cat4 race I want to know what some of yalls thoughts were when they told yall at the start line to go warm up again because they wernt ready, I saw a couple people mashing the gears thinking it was a race.

Very windy today! Anyone know when the results will be posted online?

I was kind of greatfull that they let us do a couple warm up laps, I was freezin my baws off. That wind was crazy but it was fun doing echelon formations going through the finish area. I raced in the little ring the whole race except for two attacks when I jumped to the big ring. So on my 11x23 I rode a 39X12 the whole race like I was on a fixed wheel bike. btw I was on a red bike racing for East Coasters (blue jersey), long hair. Matto this was my first race too after winter cross, did you do that series this year? I had a blast this winter especially that really muddy race.

I did'nt really want to race too hard yesterday nor chase down my teammate, not that I would ever have cought him since he lapped the field and ended up second. So there was a group of two that lapped then a chase group of maybe 6 or 7? and then the main field. They only posted top 10 results and I wasn't on it :(
