Not the current record, but the
old, pre Nuovo Record. Can be in any
usable shape as long as the races are in decent shape.

thanks,
Marty

There are Nuevo ,Super and Corsa Records for pista and if any before are the Tipos with alot of holes in the hubs and 4 big ones. Nuevo,Super and C-Records came in large and small hubs. Tipo only I seen large.

Just want to make sure you get the right one.

Ceya,

1967 hub, has marking Record on it, no Nuovo on there.
The rear has no oiler clip, the small flange hubs were parts 1036 2a and 2p
67 was the year that campy first produced Nuovo Record derailleurs, but
the pista gruppo was just Record.

Nuevo Record and Super Records are not marked the style of the hubs and grouppo and period dictates it.

None are marked with other than Record except early C-Record which style was way different that showed the person looking at it what grouppo it was.

Now Campy reintroduced Record on the grouppo but on the crank not on the hubs.

Remember we are talking about PISTA hubs.

Ceya,
Forgot about the marking (record only), was thinking the name of the
gruppo only.
Need a 36 hole hub, lacing it to a nice Wolber tubular rim. 3x of course!

I know pretty much nothing about campy stuff, but are you looking for something like this one I just picked up yesterday?

sashae

I'm pretty sure that's Nuovo Record.

This is C-Record (high flange):

This is Record (low flange) -- Ceya, correct me if I'm wrong, but this was the last (most recent) model Campagnolo Pista hub, correct?:

Like I said, I have no idea what I have. But $35 for a used rear with cog and lockring seemed like a good deal, then I saw someone else with the front that matched but was new. $50 seemed like a good deal for that...

Sorry for the threadjack.

Nice threadjack though, good deal on that hub.
Sashae yah that looks like the current incarnation of the hub.
The one I'm looking for has straight barrel like the old high flange that HereNt posted
only without the oiler clip.

Globe logo or flying wheel logo?

lotek
02-27-06, 10:47 AM
I believe the rear hub is world logo, but as I'm at work I'll
check it when I get home.
To be honest, this isn't for a show bike, but one that I'll actually
ride so if the year and logo don't match that's fine with me.

I have two hubs you might be interested in:

One is just like in post #10, with a track axle and nuts, NOS. 32 holes

The other is real Pista (no lubricator), used. 32 holes. Good condition, needs only a little polishing. Also high flange.

neilG,

thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for low flange 36 hole.
