Just starting to look for a new bike for my wife. Budget is around $1k. Time to upgrade from her Cannondale HT that is about 10yrs old. More then likely looking for a FS setup.
Need some suggestions as what to go look at. I want to narrow the field down and have some idea's of some solid bikes before heading to the LBS for some test riding. She is 5' so small frame sizes will be needed.
Looked at a Jamis yesterday and thought it was a pretty decent bike. Was pretty heavy though. Hoping to find a left over 05' is possible and score on a good deal, but will look at the 06' as well.
