I'm looking to upgrade the Zocchi OEM steel sprung suspension on my 05 Kona Cinder Cone. Ideally I'd like to ebay something. I'm 90% trails rider, occasionaly some aggressive free ride stuff, but mostly I hit the single track. Can anyone recommend a good air-oil, that's durable relativly light (and not too outrageously expensive). I'm just looking for ideas that will match up with my midlevel bike and brands that you would trust buying used.

Thanks as usual.

Reba SL

larger stanchions (32mm) and lighter weight (3.5lbs) than anything in its price range. nice solid feel. it is air/oil and has approx. 85-115mm of travel range. it is disc specific...don't know if that is good or bad for you, it was great for me!!

I got one after he told me how much he liked his. It's beefy, light and easy to adjust. I weigh about 160-170 lbs . and ride some very rocky trails(www.bootlegcanyon.org) and it works great . How much you weigh effects the performance of air-spring shocks quite a bit , or so I'm told

I'd check out the All Mountain line from Marzocchi. Ebay usually has tones of All Mountain 3's on sale.
