Haha, that's better.

good deal. no matter what is really on it, buying a complete track frame for 225 is a deal.

pretty sure its a conversion because of the brake lines.

it's not a track frame.
Looks like a nice setup, but the gearing is low for my taste. I'd swap that 39 for a 42 or even bigger unless you've got a lot of hills around.
it's not a track frame.
yeah; it's a converted Peugeot 10 or 12 speed road bike. I have a frame that looks exactly like that (based on the proportions, brake bridge, and the shape and placement of the cable guides). A pretty decent frame for a conversion from what I have seen.

yeah, I'm tired right now. I started typing that up but then started searching ebay for track frames. So, that phrase was in my head when I meant to say "complete bike".

Haha, I know people who live in the general vicinity of that trike.
I am considering buying it and paying the guy to drop it in their front lawn.

I have seen trck bikes with brake lines and brake holes drilled on them... man if u figure it out what kind of frame it is based in "because of the brake lines" u need to come back to cycling 100/ 55 maybe :P
What I think its that this two will become good deal...

Good score on the Peugeot! Many more dollars would have been spend on those upgrades. Best parts are probably 1. rear wheel / cog 2. crank (though by no means "high end", you lucked out and got something intended for fixed / ss and in 165, nice for conversions) and 3. Turbo saddle...those rock.

i am aware that track bikes sometimes have lines and holes, thank you. but i personally have never heard of a track bike with horizontal drop outs. maybe you need to go to bicycle whatever number thing.
i am happy with my purchase.

or fender holes....or derailleur holes....or a derailleur cable guide....
Anyway, even if the frame were made of excrement this would be a good value in parts. (which it's not, it's a high quality frame).
