Oranges, definitely oranges. The satisfaction and anticipation I get from peeling an orange is indescribable.
Orange juice is far better than apple juice too. Though there is something to be said for a nice, hot apple cider in fall or winter.

itchy mouth...yuck. sorry.
oranges for taste, apples for not having bits of pulpy crap floating around in your mouth.
i don't really eat much fruit, though. avacado counts as a fruit, i guess, and that's my favorite. bananas with sriracha are also good.

Dang! To be honest, this was kinda started as a juvenile stab at an influx of redundant threads on SS/FG (sorry, I was drunk...;)), but I'm glad people really stepped up to the challenge! Only this is, I said "Apples" or "Oranges". Not fruits, alright? Carry on...
It's apples and oranges... you can't compare them.
Okay, really, I like both, and it just depends. Until an hour ago (when I ate an orange), I had both sitting in my refrigerator, along with grapes.
Oranges for sure. Mmmmmmmmmmmm
