OK, so I have a nice leg stick with the rollers on it.

How do i use this effectively ?

So far, I lay on my back, lift one leg, and roll the calves,
then the other one, for like 5 sets.

then I do the tops of thighs, underneath, then back to calves
and repeat 1 more time.

What I am wondering, it how do i position my legs for maximum
effectiveness ? do I lay on my back ? sit on a chair ? roll around ?
any funny positions or is laying on back fine enough ?

what positions relax the muscle enough so the roller can
push the fibers around best ?
