i think i learned my lesson withou helmets, just havent gotten one yet. Broke my arm last year, didnt get head damage, but i went over the bars, landed on my arm breaking both forearm bones bu tone snapped off twsting under the other, shattering the wrist joint and cracking my wrist(had surgery). So i ride safely now, just the helmet part. Oh and Taerom, saw your after crash pics, ouch!!!





P.S. if anyone wants to know how much metal one crash can put into your arm just ask

no offense but im not sure someone who just joined is going to get alot of people to post there pictures.IMO I personaly would feel much more obligated to post some pictures if like a mod or someone popular on the forums started a thread.

i took down my pictures because some poeple on here take there "looks" to serious and think somone will look them up or somtin, and plus i got flamed at me not wearing a helmet. Hey no affence but it's my own ******* decision whether i wear a helmet or not. It's not your head that will suffer.



P.S. since you guys are so affended ofmenot wearing a helmet, maybe i should get a pic of me riding my roadie at highspeeds on the road ;)

Oh btw every forum im on, rcuniverse,3geez.com,schwinnbikes.com,etc... they all dont have a problem with this, but you guys do. Hey Russian, the helmet thing is only because on a BIKE forum, it's a safety issue, not a fashion statement. People just care about other people, that's all. It is a nice thing that others care about your noggin. You're right, it is your choice and it is not their head that will suffer. But would you rather have people care or not care? A lot of people here might have a son or daughter your age and it is just natural to be concerned about something like that, okay? ;)

Also, there are a lot of pics of others here. So I don't think fear of looking someone up is an issue. Don't take it so hard. I think it's a nice thread that you are trying to start. It's just ironic that you want our pics but YOUR pics aren't here, that's all. :) Lighten up, we're not that bad.......

well see i understand that they may or may not care, but my point is that they could off said it in a different manner. Because most of my life my mom and dad always tell me to be safe in a manner that just piss's me off. i might not wear a helmet, but i learned my lesson, i have 6 screws and a metal plate in my arm. trust me im being safe. and ok sure i'll show some pics

I never wear a helmet either LOL. One time i went down a hill and fell completly off my bike. Luckilly it was long soft cumphy grass.:D

it's my friends schwinn tx 2,000 i think or somtin like tha, i broke my arm going off a ramp, when i wnet off my friend got in my way, i didnt pull up, went over the bars, blacked out and wok eup with a bone almost out my arm, so yea wasnt pretty. in one fall like that, on my left arm i broke my forearm bones, both, one snapped off and twisted under the other, my wrsit joint shattered, and wrist cracked. had 4 pins

oh that's neat, me and my friend usually ride around on roadies or i ride a mountain bike wheelie everywhere and little 8th or 7th grade girls try and race us, pretty funny actually
