Just curious

The bike is listed at ebay.com as item No. 1970059591. the seller shows a picture but does not give any details. I tried a search on the info super highway and found no results.

A quick Goggle serch came up with this info:

http://www.ihpva.org/people/ianf/bm92/Presto/

http://www.angletechcycles.com/

http://home.earthlink.net/~ccbroome/

I had a chance to ride one a few years back, not a bad 20/20 SWB But a Vision R40 was half the cost. And it would have been a bear to mount a rack on it.

What do you think of the front wheel cover?

Counterpoint Presto is now built as Pashley PDQ.

I owned an early model. This is a very short wheelbase bike with neutral steering. Mid height bottom bracket and seat height give fair performance. Mine had a Roots in the sky front fairing and windsock. Many a recumbent dealer has owned one. Ed Deaton bought mine and updated it with new seat and disc wheels and brakes. The early ones like mine were hi tensile steel, later carbon. He has it for sale at Fools Crow Cycles without fairing or windsock. He also has one of his own.
Fun little bike. I see its offspring in the barcroft bikes.
I hadn't looked to see what is on ebay.
