Sounds like BS. My cheap generic MVI has the same nutrients only in slightly larger quantities. Also the only thing that increases lactate in the blood is a lack of oxygen. During aerobic exercise carbohydrate is broken down to pyruvate in one of the steps in glycolysis. If there is insufficient oxygen (ie anaerobic) the pyruvate will be converted to lactate, and can be later converted back to pyruvate when there is sufficient oxygen to do so.
