Tinker Juarez won the solo class of the 24-hours of Adrenalin on May 5th. He's still the MAN!!

Here is the story from Bike Magazine:

Twenty-four hour racing may have just got the stamp of approval from big time racing over Cinco De Mayo weekend as Volvo-Cannondale's Tinker Juarez stormed to his first ever solo victory at the first race of the 24-Hours of Adrenalin season.

Record attendance filled Laguna Seca raceway in Monterey, California (the same location as the Sea Otter Classic) to see the two time Olympian and three time NORBA National cross-country champion complete 24 laps of the 11 mile course in 24 hours. Tinker also set the record over the day for the fastest lap time. Second place Nate Ross completed 23 laps in 24 hours and 19 minutes. Perhaps the second biggest news of the race was Chris Cosentino of San Francisco who finished fifth overall in the solo category with 20 laps completed. He was riding a single speed.

This victory has automatically qualified Tinker for a start position at the World Solo 24 Hours of Adrenalin Championship event in Southern California on September 22-23. Tinker is also expected to compete for the NORBA National 24 Hour solo title in Colorado on August 4 and 5.
