How do people like the Deda steel bars that come stock (or used to at least) on the Bianchi Pista? I've seen some that look like they have a nice curve but I'm wondering how they compare to Nitto B123s. I think they are like 42's right?

I think they are measured differently than Nitto bars. I bought a pair of used Deda/Bianchi bars for a friend and they were the exact same width as my 39cm B123s. The curve isn't as smooth as the Nittos, but I quite like the way they look - they're a little more aggressive/modern looking than "classic" pista bars.

I don't know about the steel ones, but the alum black ones are great. Not as stiff as the nitto, but more comfortable, especailly up top where it's OS, very nice to grip. I find the deda curves to be more comfortable all around.

Edit: they are measures outside to outside and as far as the black ones goes, only in 42.

I have a set of the steel ones that I got as a pull off and put them on my IRO. I think that they are decent looking. For the money I paid for them, they definately get the job done.

they are very weak when it comes to sprints. They flex bad. Good for city riding but not for track. This is the stock Bianchi ones. not the deda elementi.

Yeah, I have noticed a bit of flex as compared to the Nitto bullhorns I was using. Nothing serious enough to really bother me around town, but a bit annoying. As I said, they aren't fantastic, but they get the job done.
