Im building a bike up for my lady friend. She just wants a bike for riding around with her friends and occasionaly riding to work so im not putting a whole lot of money into it. Anyone have any experience with any of the low end sealed bearing hub wheelsets(alex deep v's with formuals is what i have seen alot of for cheap.) I mean I know you get what you pay for but I dont know if they would suit her ok. I dont want her to have somethign she is going to have to be messing with so i definitly want sealed. i might go with the suzue sealed promax's with some lower end but sturdy rims if i dont get any good info for anything cheaper. thanks.

formula hubs are great and should work fine for your case.

formula hubs are great and should work fine for your case. sweet. thanks. i don t think there is much a sub 100 lb girl can do to a hub. the only thorough reviews i have have seen have been for their mtb hubs and they were all horrid.

I just saw my first built Pista (ooo) and was amazed at the smoothness of the hubs. Cheap need not equal suck anymore.
