Hi, I am new to this forum; I found it by Googling "broken ribs"! I am an avid roadie but I am also a Masters Alpine ski racer and crashed a week ago training Super G (going 50 mph). So I was looking for info on ribs and expected recovery. X-rays show 1 broken and a few cracked. Luckily I can still (although ackwardly) teach my spinning classes :) but can't ski race or train for a few weeks :( . At least no extremities were injured to get in the way of being on skis or bike! I'm looking forward to learning more about this forum.

OUCH!

but hey, if you can still bike and spin, cannot be that bad. LOL. (sorry, laughing might hurt you)

Where were you skiing?

Peace.
