Hi there , in a moment of insanity I let my sister sign me up to do the 2006 cycle OR. with her.
Now I have spent the last 9 years as a bike cop first on a campus of the University of Md and lately on NIH . I will be using my bike friday NWT 27 spd. I am also 59 years old and a type 2 diabetic.
I am starting to get in some kind of shape to attempt this.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Oh i am no longer bike cop i am now a dep sheriff. Any ideas would help me especially the food angle due to the disease. thanks
