since my bike was in the shop, i thought i'd make some ciabatta and put some use to the class i took last week. while i normally bake bread every week, this one tastes WAY better. i'm glad i took the class. yum!

Looks yummy. Although I always think of that bread as the type of bread you eat fresh out of the oven :p and You don't cut it with a knife, you tear it :-D Then comes butter melting. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Today I went to a local market and bought a fresh, warm straight from the oven loaf of french bread, and ate it on the way home. It was good.
