Well, I've been out of commission for over a month because of a nasty respiratory infection. I still have a bit of it, but it's manageable. I did a 15 mile hard ride the other day to test it out, and I was only coughing for about 2 hours afterwards (a lot of junk down there still). It's manageable enough to ride again. I begin a 2 month century training cycle on Monday. I'm going through the cycle to get in shape again so I can train hard for the HHH this summer.
