Touring - Portugal Tour Routes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
We're headed to Portugal for 7 days in late April. What section of the country offers the best touring? We're experienced riders and usually ride 50-100 miles/day. We'll be travelling light and staying in hotels/B&B's. Thanks for any suggestions.

I biked between Lisbon and the Douro valley. My favorite area was the Douro valley all the way down to Porto (a nice city) at the mouth of the Douro. The upper Douro valley is very hilly and is covered with vineyards. However, I have heard very good things abou the Minho region in northernmost Portugal just south of the Spanish border. We ran out of time and didn't make it there. In a week, you could bike in both the Douro valley and the Minho region.
