tearing apart the iro, eh? damn.
i have 2 phil bb tools... and crank pullers... (you have to have 2 for italian threaded frames... cause tightening one side, unthreads the other!.. one should be ok for english, though)
if ostro doesn't work out, let me know. you got my number... or pm, or email.
Yeah the IRO is going back to Tony and will be replaced with an Angus (since no more Mark V pros are availeable) through the awesome IRO warranty program. IRO customer service just keeps ruling!!
I should be back in the saddle in two weeks or so.
Thanks for all the help!

What happened? Mark V pro? Sorry, I'm not too familiar with IROs out in these parts.
I bent my frame and wrecked my wheel in the NAHBS race.
IRO has a warranty where they 'll give you a new frame half off if you wreck your old one. So since they are out of pros I am getting an Angus. Cheapest way to get me riding again, plus the frame has the same geometry as the old one which I really enjoyed and all the part will fit except for the headset and stem. Threaded - brrrrr makes me shudder, but oh well ;)

reason number, what, eighteen thousand, that tony is the shiznitabam? sucks about your accident. and hey, even if threaded makes you shiver at least you know the stem length and angle that you're comfy with.

Thank you so much! But I don't think I will need it. I am planning on rebuilding my wheel on Sat. But, I'll still need to wait for the frame anyway, so no rush. Plus my leg is not really in riding shape either.
ALso, PM me your cell since I had yours in the phone that got pulverized.

Yes, I am glad to get almost the same frame again, since the old one was perfectly dialed.
