Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I recently picked up some MKS touring pedals for my monster wide feet (11.5EEEE). These things rock as a platform, but they are a real ball ache to flip into with cages and straps. Has anybody ever seen tabs/teeth for sale that would bolt into the other set of reflector/clip holes on rat trap pedals and work like normal little flip teeth, or do I need to DIY this?
And please don't tell me I just need to practice, I know how to use toe clip pedals, these are just turbo-annoying to get into.

There is an old product called toe flips, we have some in our "last hope" bin at work. They attach to the back side of the pedal as you describe. PM me if ya want a set.
are these them? (bottom of the page)

I rode them for 1.5 years and you do get used to them really quickly. Give it a week and you will be able to do it just as fast as if you had those silly tabs.
