Well, that just happens to be the case, and my dad works at maxxis tires, and a week ago, i pitched the idea of some lime green/sprite bottle green tires for my bike. Turns out that today, when i came to visit, he handed me two 700c green tires! Finally got em mounted....

Nah, im just kidding, 10% stupid and 90% bordem, and i ended up wrapping some tape aroud the tire. Supplies needed- beer and green auto-paint tape and some free time.

and btw, dirty rooms are inevitable, its just a matter of who's room is more clean.

And if it does look like an xbox, is that a good thing or bad?

Spraypaint 'em. It'll look better, and take less time. Sure, it'll wear off after a few miles, but do you REALLY wanna ride with tape on your tires?

btw - green=my fav. color. I approve. And if you can ever manage to work life and limb to get your bike out of the crapmaze that is your room - I hope you enjoy the ride and maybe get some swanky compliments for it.

maybe ill just ride it out on saint patties day and the weekend after, but i doubt it would last too long, for im sure the pavement would eat right through the tape in no time, but it was and will be cool while it lasts.

what about traction? even smooth road tires have more traction since the rubber gives.
