I have an old track frame that I'm trying to identify. It has been repainted so the original maker is unknown, but it's got an "LA" stamped into the lugs of the forks.
Anyone know this marque?

Since Ceya already told you that it was La Pointe...I would second that opinion..
The LA is right above the "Point" of the fork crown...
maybe la stands for left arm like the left arm of the fork. check and see if the other side says ra.
