Hi,
Until today I have used Lake 210 and was thinking of moving to Carbon sole. I am looking for you feedback on Lake, Carnac or Perl Izumi Carbon Tri shoes.

I just bought my dad the PealIzumi ones, He liked the fit. He will be back from a training week in Virginia next weekend, I will post a reveiw from him them.
Shoes are very personal. You have to try them on to see what brand fits you the best. I have the Sidi T-1 (non-carbon)
Does the carbon worth the extra $$?

I use the Lake 110's, which aren't carbon; however, I like them because they are light and easy to put on...one strap. A friend used the Specialized Tri-vents, which are carbon. He absolutely swears they are the best shoes he's worn. I know you weren't asking for info on these, but I thought you may be interested.
