Mountain Biking - New to the forum

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hi guys, what's up
I'm new to the forum and new to mountain biking too, 25 yo and needs a workout while having fun.
I had a 16" Kona U'Hu, but sold it for $600 yesterday, so I'm in the trade up market for a Dawg.
Just wanna say Hi. http://www.socalsportbikes.info/xmb/images/smilies/wave.gif
LOL, Hi.
The sport is addicting and while it has its ugly parts (anything having to do with fixing, repairing and buying replacements and of course damaging bikes) its great all around, but you stop riding for a week and have no bike to ride on and you'll be begging cyclists on the trails to let you take their bikes for a spin.

Hey, if you're new to the sport, why'd you sell your bike? For $600 it seems like it would be more than adequate. Just wondering. Anyway, welcome to BF.

Well, I was too impulsive in getting the bike, paid it and discovered that it's a tad too small.
Hey, that beer looks good.

Its funny when the guys around here bike and drink at the same time. Alot of crashing and big jumps. Really Big Jumps.
