Mountain Biking - Can anybody give me some infomation about the MTB front fork?

I need some info about the production costs and finishing costs of the MTB front fork urgently,despite whichever material is used.Any help will be much appreciated.

these specs are for approx. a 300 dollar range fork

i see you assumed CT meant Connecticut, when in fact it is short for "center" as in "center of the earth"... where only my unobtainium fork remains a solid metal.

I've had some success building short travel forks out of hobby store pipe and lead. the key is too put springs in it, like a hunnred of em.
