So on friday or saturday I'm replacing those cranks with Truvativ LuftAlarm cranks. These ones have a nice crack on BOTH arms, and the bearings in my BB have somehow turned to powder. I guess I should pay attention to the "this bottom bracket is made for cross country use ONLY."

Go to local gun range.
Shoot stuff.
Then take the casings home.

.38 is a near perfect fit, all you need it to put one layer of electrical tape under it to act as a shim.

I used .40 so about three layers were used.

Yes, that is all.

I had them on there because I have a matte black bike, and the spikes were chrome, but now it's time for them to come off.
