Okay..............just successfully installed a new BB and crank set in my wife's mtn. bike and adj. FD! I like this mechanic stuff and not to mention saves a few $$$! :D

Raleigh M30.......1999 model with a sq. tapered BB that was the rebuildable type which I opted this time for a sealed sq. taper BB. It also helps to have Zinn's book for reference! :D

Congrats, man. Mechanic stuff comes more easily with time and experience, of course potentially aided by having the sort of mind that grasps forces and 3-D visualization well. It is rewarding whatever the case.

That is nice Tim..................look me up if you ever come back my way. We can do a ride. BTW- are you doing the pre-CNC ride in April? I think I will try if I can get my co-worker to cover my on-call that weekend.

The moon over the mountains always gets better the more you see it. I have a great picture of a moon shot over the Biltmore House that a friend took that is unreal!
