Does anyone have any suggestions on a good MTB maintenance book? I want a book that can take me step by step on how to maintain and repair just about anything on my bike.

Zinn's guide to mountain bike maintenance. The title is something like that at least.

There is also the Park Tool (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0976553007/qid=1142567546/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/104-7766178-6680720?s=books&v=glance&n=283155) book. How do they compare?

Barnett's is also pretty good. You can download a few sample chapters from BBI (http://www.bbinstitute.com/manual.htm).

Zinn's books are far better. Bicycling Magazine puts one out that's almost as good as the Zinn books. Park's book is good, but not as good as these others, and much of it reads like a big ad for Park Tool. Besides, the same stuff in the Park book can be gotten from Park's web site.

I picked up a maintenance book at barnes and nobble. They had about three to choose from. So i was able to thumb through the books and see which i liked best.
