I was thinking of buying these, and I was wondering if anyone had a photo of a pair actually on their hands.

I'm looking for a glove with carbon fiber knuckles that isn't too bulky. If you could take a picture of these to give me an idea, that would be awesome. I'm also up for alternatives, so please make suggestions.

Cheers.

I just looked those gloves up. They are a pretty sweet glove.

I own a pair and LOVE them! They've saved my knuckles from numerous trees on the "Hammer" at Silver Mountain. The carbon fiber part is not bulky at all and the gloves are fairly light and breathe well, especially for a downhill glove. One hint: they run a bit small. I originally ordered mediums because I have smaller hands. I had to send them back for large and those are pretty snug. Get a size or two larger than normal.

Have they been durable? The 661 gloves I have had didn't last as long as my fox gloves.

Mine have held up well so far. They haven't gotten the workout of getting thrown in the washer a few times, though.

BTW, 661 has really been making an effort to ramp up quality control in the last couple years especially. They really do listen to their customers and racers. That is one reason you haven't seen shorts, race pants and jerseys. They were not happy with their previous supplier and have not found a new one that is up to their level of QC.
