The bike is everything I wanted. I recently put my Ksyrium road wheelset with some nice wide Continental tires on and a white brothers suspension seatpost. I hit some nice mtb trails for about 3 hours on Thanksgiving. The ride with the softride stem and seat post is just like a full suspension bike but without much energy being lost. If I didn't have the bolt on suspension this bike wouldn't get much use. I just don't enjoy getting beat up. On a fully rigid bike my lower back craps out after about 30 minutes. But thats just me.
If I race this bike I'll simply pump up the pressure in the post or switch it out for my carbon seatpost and I'll lock out the stem the best I can by tightening the spring tension and tightening the linkage bolts (which softride recomends)
How do you attach a picture to these forums???
