The Oregon Bike Safety Events Calendar (http://www.communitycyclingcenter.org/calendar/calendar.php) is a state-wide resource for bicycling safety events. It's published by the Community Cycling Center in Portland. Includes things like:
Bike Commuter Workshops
Rides that make safety a top priority
Discounted helmet sales
Flat Tire Repair Clinics
Bike Safety Rodeos for kids
