Just got back into biking about a month or so ago. I'd been off the road for, oh....say 8 years or so, after I got hit by a big ole Ford Bronco, on my road bike. So, I took the plunge and purchased a Giant, Rainier mountain bike and I'm loving it. I was amazed at how easy it was to jump back into the swing of things. I mean the style is totally different but hey, its like riding a bike. I just turned 51, and I have to say, I think I've found a new sport. Oh yeah, my mantra is...."gravel not good, gravel not good." I have a secret spot to ride that is absolutely awesome. In the process, I darn neared died pumping up some surprise hills. Trails seem to require twice the work, and hills....well let's just say, I'm doing a bit more research before I go out on an impromptive ride.
Nice to meet everyone. Stay safe.
