I got a Shimano 105 group really cheap but the front der is braze on. Any way to mount it with a clamp?

Shimano also makes adapter clamps to fit their braze-on front derailleurs to 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) and 1-3/8" (34.9mm) diameter seat tubes. For some reason they don't make a 1-1/8" (28.6 mm) adapter.
