ok i so i just put this ear plug in for about a minute and when i took it out i couldnt hear out of my right ear
im seriously freaking out/scared as **** people some one please tell me that this is going to go away
Did some of the plug break off in your ear or something? Or did you jam it in there really hard? There's lots of delicate stuff in your ears that can be damaged.

That sucks.
I had that happen once when a firecracker went off next to me, but it didn't last that long. Hopefully it doesnt last for you.

Ok so the thinking is that the plug pushed enough earwax into my ear to plug it
I put a head phone in and i could still hear music alittle so thats what i wanted to know...im just thanking god that my eardrum still works.
but earwax that has plugged your ears has to be removed by a docter : (
Heh, that's why I clean my ears at least once a week!

k well half an hour of flushing my ear with hydrogen peroxide didnt help so i guess its off the doc in the morning.
i guess i get to go to bed knowing what its like to have impaired hearing
just think of all the noise you won't have to fiddle with.
This one time I had a really bad head cold and my ears got all plugged up or something. In school, my biology teacher was giving instructions on how to do a difficult experiment. I was standing about three feet away from him and could only make out a few words of what he said. Having impaired hearing sucks.
That happened to me all the time as a kid. Dont try using a q-tip!!! That'l just f things up 1000X worse. But when i didnt do anything, it usually went away in 2 days. I had to go to the docter to get my ears cleaned out sometimes lol, which made things completely better. But after the wash, if you talk. you'll think your voice sounds alot different hahaah.

well at least i dont need to hear to be on bikeforums. If i were def i would never leave bikeforums...bikeforums would be my music.
If you use q-tips to clean your ears on a regular basis, you'll never have to deal with this. Or maybe your ears just produce more wax than mine. I don't know.

Actually that can add to the problem by pushing wax in. Wax normally works its way out on its own.

Don't worry. My left ear is very plugged up. I have abnormably small ears (can't wear many ear phones!), a crooked canal, and of course a very efficient wax factory. Which can be a good thing but when its like this my perception gets all weird. I can't hear people and sometimes the pressure hurts. The nose is quite runny though.... hmmmmm.
G'luck with the ears. I'm going to the doc' soon here.

Warm the bottle.
Turn on your side so your ear is looking at the ceiling.
Drip a few drops in.
Stay there for 20 minutes.

Haven't informed my parents yet about ear problem but they have noticed. I talk very quietly when I'm deaf. So off to the ear doctor I go.
